4Configure Channel A(or B) as resistive.(See Section 7. Installation of resistive steering wheel controller)
To check if JoyCon Exc works properly, short-circuit the two wires of a input channel without connecting
steering wheel controls. If JoyCon Exc works properly, the red indicator must goes to the left
most side by short-circuit, and returns to the right by open-circuit.
If the red indicator does not move, JoyCon Exc is out of order.
